Let’s start the yummy Recipe to fight against anemia, which babies, toddlers, kids, and adults everyone can have it.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/4 Beetroot
- 1 clove garlic(optional)
- 1/4 inch ginger(optional)
- Salt to taste ( Don’t add when prepared for infants, i.e., less than 12 months old baby)
- 1/4 or 1/2 Avocado in 1 serving
- lemon
Steps – How to make it:
1) Add all ingredients( except avocado) to boiling water. Let’s cook it till it all soften. Alternatively, you can pressure cook it.
2) Once done and cool down, everything grinds and strains. Add that boiled water of vegetables to adjust the consistency.
3) Add lemon to make it more flavorful. Enjoy it.. if you want, can Sprinkle black pepper. This fixes anemia.
4) Add Avocado to make it weight gain, too. Give it a try. This includes a daily diet for my family and keeps everyone healthy. No iron deficit.
