Weight-gaining Recipes for Baby

This Recipe is Weight Gaining, high protein for babies. Can be given as Finger Food, as Snacks also help to achieve Baby-led Weaning. This snack is also a great way to give paneer to kids who do not like paneer. This is yummy and nutritious.

    Recipe:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Potato
    • Paneer
    • Olive oil or Ghee (Indian butter) for shallow frying

    How to Steps:

    • Grate Potato, Paneer.
    • Add salt to taste (do not add salt for babies younger than 12 months)
    • Mix all, roll, and cut it in finger size length.
    • Add oil to a frying pan and let it warm to medium flame/ temp.
    • Shallow fry, fry till light brown from both sides.
    • Snacks are ready.

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1/4 -1/2 cup Milk

How to Steps:

  • Add banana, mango, and milk(for 6-12 months baby add formula milk, water, or breast milk) in a blender.
  • Blend it and the smoothie is ready. Easy peasy.
